Current opening for a Machine shop Assembly worker.
The primary function of the Assembly department is to perform all necessary assembly routines before and after equipment has been painted.
Assembly supports the manufacturing team in our machine shop. Duties will include cleaning and assembly of product and miscellaneous production duties as required.
Previous manufacturing assembly experience preferred, but we will be willing to train the right person.
Skills needed include the ability to Read and interpret blueprint detail drawings. Use shop paperwork to complete machine assembly. Using hand tools to install purchase parts and sub-assemblies (heavy lifting may be required). Update paperwork to reflect any changes.

Operate equipment safely. Follow safe operating and lifting procedures. Operate forklift according to safe operating procedures. Attention to detail. Wear eye and ear protection, and steel toed shoes.
Physically able to lift over 25lbs, stand for extended periods of time, and working in an environment that may be exposed to extreme temperatures and loud noise.

All applicants must be at least 18 years old. You must be able to pass a drug screen. This is a Full time position with benefits and the possibility of overtime.
