Estimating the total unit sales & rental, gross and operating profits as well as managing expenses for the new-and-used sales departments.</li><li>Plan, support, and manage your Sale team to maximize our sales and rental targets and opportunities. Track sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.</li><li>Daily managing and driving the customer call process with our sales and rental team. Regularly traveling with and engaging the customer sales cycle by participating in multiple customer sales & rental calls weekly.</li><li>Able to support key equipment customers with specifications, design, and procurement of units.</li><li>Hiring and monitoring the performance of the sales & rental team, holding sales meetings, and conducting sales training.</li><li>Overseeing the marketing and products of both equipment sales and rental as well as reviewing and approving all promotions before they are finalized.</li><li>Understand our competitors and identify opportunities. Conduct regularly scheduled Sales meetings (weekly or bi-weekly) to include market information, analysis, other departments, sales objectives, clear follow-ups, and manufacture information to strengthen the performance of the sales and rental team.</li><li>Developing short and long-range advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, rental promotions and compensation plans for proper approval.</li><li>Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for markets. Projecting expected sales volume and profit for new equipment and rental.</li><li>Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.</li><li>Manages the expenses of the sales department and ensures compliance to our company policies.</li><li>Works closely with the equipment rental manager to build and grow our rental fleet with the correct machines to meet the demand of the market.</li><li>Responsible for the fleet and financial utilization of the dedicated rental fleet.</li><li>Supports the sales team with trade in evaluations and establish the book value for each machine.</li><li>Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and maintaining sales management training as outlined by our manufacturers.</li><li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li><li>Works closely with the Director of Parts and Service toward common goals, customer support, and seamless communication to strengthen the dealership across all departments.</li><li>Other duties as assigned to support our company’s success and to offer the best customer experience.<br><br></li></ul><em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to the individual’s race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, genetic information, status as a military veteran or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.</em>
