<p>The primary mission of the Executive Customer Service Representative is to maintain a high standard of one-on-one full resolution customer service. The specialist will be responsible for efficient, professional communication with customers contacting any Senior Management Team member, inclusive of the CEO’s office. Inquiries may be highly complex and/or sensitive in nature.
