We are looking for Graphic Design to help critique, experiment with, and shape how AI understands and simulates multi-modal design workflows across mediums.

You are a good fit if you:

  • Have over 1+ years of professional experience in graphic or UI design

  • Have a bachelor's degree in design or a related field.

  • Have a strong background in creating high-quality digital or immersive visual designs (websites/apps, brand/marketing assets, and advanced new media) with unique aesthetics.

  • Exposure working with LLMs, GenAI prompting, and vibe coding.

  • Proficiency with creative coding tools – including but not limited to HTML/CSS, Processing, and three.js.

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Have strong attention to details.

Role Start Date

  • This role will begin in late December with applications reviewed on a rolling basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The project is 10-20 hours of work per week with potential for increased hours based on performance.

  • You will work asynchronously with a team of designers across disciplines.

  • You will craft, critique, and review experimental design workflows with frontier AI models.

Interview Process

  • You will complete a short AI interview about your creative process.

  • Following the interview will be a short portfolio review and writing assessment.

Contract and Payment Terms

  • You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
  • This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
  • Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
  • Your work at will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
  • Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
