About Us

At Foster Wallace Personal Injury Lawyers, we show up for people on their worst days. Our clients have been hurt in car accidents, dog bites, and incidents that turned their lives upside down. They come to us scared, overwhelmed, and looking for someone they can trust. From the very first phone call, we are committed to earning that trust. We listen before we talk. We make people feel seen before we ever mention paperwork. That’s not a script, that’s who we are. We’ve built a firm rooted in this community, and we take that responsibility seriously.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for someone to grow with us.

Position Overview

This is a sales position. A sales role with real earning potential and a clear path to making great money based on your performance. Our reputation in this community does a lot of the work. Every person who reaches out has already decided they want to talk to us. Your job is to connect with them, learn their story, and give them the information they need to make a decision.

You’ll be the first voice people hear when they reach out to us. That matters a lot. We want someone who takes that seriously.

Every client who signs with us gets a real relationship with their legal team, five-star service backed by hundreds of Google reviews that say so and cutting edge technology working behind the scenes to move their case forward. We’re not a faceless firm. We’re their neighbors. We’re Kansas City people who genuinely care about this community and we show up for it every single month through our giving efforts. That’s what you’ll be inviting people into.

What You'll Do

  • Convert warm inbound leads into signed clients, on the first call when possible
  • Respond to calls, texts, and messages with genuine care and speed
  • Manage leads from first contact through retainer signature
  • Keep our lead management system accurate and up to date
  • Make sure every person who contacts us, even those we can’t help, is treated with respect

Who You Are

You love a goal. You’re energized by metrics, not intimidated by them. You’re empathetic. You can make someone who just had the worst day of their life feel heard and then guide them toward a decision with confidence. You don’t need law firm experience. If you’ve ever thrived in a role where your hustle and your heart drove your results, whether that’s sales, hospitality, retail, or anything in between, we want to talk.
