<span style="font-weight: 400">This role qualifies as a <strong>Center of Excellence (CoE)</strong> position, which provides clinicians with a structured pathway to develop expertise in a specific program, niche, or service line while maintaining a reduced caseload. The CoE model is designed to foster both professional growth and organizational innovation by allowing clinicians to dedicate time to program development, leadership, and specialized service expansion. As clinicians progress within the CoE framework, they can further reduce their caseload expectations in alignment with their program's growth and impact. Our goal is to empower all staff to explore their passion areas, refine their leadership skills, and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of our organization and the field of mental health. </span> <span style="font-weight: 400">We are seeking an </span><b>OCD & Anxiety Exposure Specialist</b><span style="font-weight: 400">—a dual-role clinician who will maintain a personal caseload while serving as a collaborator within our OCD & Anxiety Exposure Services program.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400">The <strong>OCD & Anxiety Exposure Specialist</strong> will combine clinical expertise with program development, clinician education, and outreach efforts. This position will help ensure high-quality, evidence-based treatment for individuals with OCD and anxiety-related disorders while fostering collaboration, visibility, and excellence across the service line. </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400">Clinical Duties</span></i> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Maintain a personal caseload providing evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety-related disorders. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Complete documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements. </span></li> </ul>   <i><span style="font-weight: 400">Program Development </span></i> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Collaborate with the Center of Excellence leadership team to refine and expand the OCD & Anxiety Exposure Services program. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Provide guidance and consultation to OCD & Anxiety Exposure Services clinicians to maintain treatment fidelity and quality of care.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Assist with training opportunities and internal workshops for staff development.</span></li> </ul>   <i><span style="font-weight: 400">Outreach and Collaboration</span></i> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Build and strengthen referral relationships with community partners, healthcare systems, and universities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Identify and engage in networking opportunities to promote the OCD & Anxiety Exposure Services program within the broader clinical and academic communities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Represent the OCD & Anxiety Exposure Services in professional meetings, trainings, and outreach initiatives.</span></li> </ul><ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Associate or Independent License (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, LSW, or equivalent).</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently.</span></li> </ul><span style="font-weight: 400">Pillars of Wellness is a dynamic and innovative mental health organization dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered care while fostering professional growth for our clinicians.
