Scholfield Honda is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Honda West, located at 8800 West Central. As the face of our busy dealership, you will play a key role in greeting customers and supporting our sales team. If you have a friendly and cheerful personality and enjoy being the first point of contact for visitors, we want to hear from you!

Job Duties:

  • Greet guests as they arrive with a warm, welcoming tone and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Answer a multi-line phone system and direct inbound calls to the correct department or person
  • Assist with the distribution of vehicle titles to customers of recently purchased vehicles
  • Sort and distribute daily mail

Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
  • 40 hours/week (Benefit eligible)
  • Closed on Major Holidays, no weekend work required!
