About the Opportunity

The demand for affordable health and life insurance has never been stronger. As an agent with our Miami Beach-based agency, you'll work directly with self-employed individuals, small business owners, and families across the country — helping them find coverage that fits their lives and budgets. This is a career with real purpose, real income potential, and a clear path forward.

Why Agents Choose Us

  • Earn $75,000–$125,000+ in your first year (based on experience and production)
  • 6 new agent bonus opportunities in your first year — over $25,000 if you hit all of them
  • PLUS performance bonuses with company growth-sharing multipliers
  • Rapid advancement based on results, not tenure
  • Annual award trips to top destinations
  • Long-term wealth-building through residual income

Fully Remote — Work From Anywhere

Our agency is headquartered in Miami Beach, FL, but our agents work from home across the country. All training is conducted online, and all sales are done virtually. You need a laptop and a reliable internet connection — nothing more.

World-Class Training and Support

We invest in your success from day one. Our structured onboarding program covers product knowledge, sales skills, and client management — taught by experienced producers who built their careers the same way you will. You'll have real support behind you, not just a portal and a password.

Licensing — No Experience Required

You do not need a license to apply. We will guide you through obtaining your resident and non-resident Health and Life insurance licenses as part of your onboarding. If you're willing to put in the work, we'll handle the rest. You must have work authorization and reside in the United States to obtain a license.

What We're Looking For

  • Coachable and accountable — you take feedback seriously
  • Self-motivated — you don't wait to be managed
  • Strong communicator — written and verbal
  • Honest and client-focused — you do right by the people you serve
  • Comfortable with technology — video calls, CRM tools, online platforms
