We are seeking an experienced Short‑Term and Mid-Term Rental / Airbnb VRBO Property Manager to manage a growing portfolio of professionally operated furnished rentals in the U.S.

Our furnished rental properties have been professionally operated for several years with a strong performance track record, including 300+ positive guest reviews across platforms. We are seeking an experienced manager who understands how to build on an already successful operation and actively increase revenue through disciplined pricing, guest experience optimization, and proactive management.

This role starts with a limited number of units and will expand long‑term based on performance. Additional properties will be added to the portfolio.

This is not an entry‑level cohost role.

We are looking for someone with a strong operational track record managing short‑term and mid-term rentals across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Guest communication before, during, and after stays

- Handle resolutions and support cases with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Furnished Finder, and similar platforms

- Calendar management and synchronization across platforms

- Revenue management and precise pricing adjustments

- Review management (guest reviews & responses)

- Manage booking requests and guest screening

- Monitor performance metrics and recommend revenue improvements

Requirements (Required):

- Proven experience managing short‑term rentals

- Strong knowledge of Airbnb policies & resolutions

- Experience managing listings across multiple platforms

- Excellent written English (professional guest communication)

- Organized, responsive, and reliable

Ideal Candidate:

- Has managed multiple STR units independently

- Understands revenue optimization (not just automation)

- Proactive with problem‑solving

- Comfortable scaling operations as portfolio grows

Engagement:

- Start: Part‑time, short‑term trial

- Goal: Long‑term collaboration with portfolio growth

- Compensation: Competitive, performance‑based
