What we do

Health and motivation YouTube channel for men over 45. Long-form documentary essay videos, 9–10 minutes each. You handle everything after the finished video file arrives.

Your job - per video

Step 1 - Cut 3 Shorts using Opus Clip

45–59 seconds each

Vertical 9:16 format

Captions on

Select the 3 highest-retention moments: the hook, the emotional peak, and the kicker ending

Step 2 - Create the thumbnail in Canva

Template provided - you populate it

Bold text overlay, story image, clean composition

No clutter, no busy design

Step 3 - Upload everything to YouTube & Shorts

Credentials provided

Title, description, and tags provided per video - you copy and paste

Toggle the 'Altered/Synthetic Content' disclosure in YouTube Studio on every upload - mandatory

Schedule long-form and all 3 Shorts to the publishing times provided
